Refund policy
At JournalReem, each journal is carefully packaged and quality-checked before shipping. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.
Returns

Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unopened, and still in its original plastic seal.

Once the plastic seal is broken or removed, the item is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and quality reasons.

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order if there is any issue such as damage during delivery or receiving the wrong product.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved return cases where the item remains sealed and in its original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your journal arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund it promptly after verification
